PAYPAL
Payments via PayPal are accepted if you have an account. PayPal accounts are free to set up through www.paypal.com.au or www.paypal.com, however you do not need a paypal account to order from us.

CREDIT CARD
VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards are accepted via PayPal's secure payment processing. Your statement will show PAYPAL * JAR INDUST.

Postage & Packing Information
All items are securely packed and sent by Air Mail through Australia Post. We aim to ship items as quickly as possible, however to allow for delays in transit which may occur from time to time, you should alllow 10-12 days for delivery of Australian orders and 4-6 weeks for International orders.

Postage & handling charges will be added to order at checkout. The charge will ALWAYS be displayed before you make payment and it's your responsibility to ensure you take note and accept this before completing your order.

Returns Policy
Items may only be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances:

- You receive the wrong item
If there was a mistake on our part and the incorrect item was sent to you, please contact us and we will correct the error with you.

- The item is proven to be faulty
All items are thoroughly checked before being sent, and are well packed. You should not receive a faulty item, however in the event that you consider you have, please contact us to discuss.

For clothing, no refunds or exchanges are accepted if you select the wrong colour or size.
